Youth Cooking with Veggies
For youth that love to cook or are just starting out. Create tasty, healthy dishes that will wow your friends and family. Learn how to prepare fresh fruits and veggies for cooking, how to properly handle knives and kitchen appliances and how to make healthy, quick snacks everyone will love.
Dates:  Wed. Evenings starting Oct. 2nd (2346820) or Jan. 8th (2346826)
Time:  6:30 to 8:30 pm
Duration:  9 weeks
Ages:  13-17
Cost: $105.00

Youth Cooking Workshop
A free one day workshop where you help us make food for our Harvest Festival on Sunday, October 6th. With your help we can get the dishes made faster while you learn/practice your kitchen skills. Help us prep veggies and fruit, practice your baking skills while helping with desert and taste test all of our recipes to make sure they’re ready for the big day.
Date: Saturday, Oct. 5th (2346888)
Time: 11 am to 2 pm
Ages: 13-17
Cost: Free but you must register for the program!

Edible Cosmetics Workshop

If you can’t eat it, why put it on your skin?  Keep skin vibrant and glowing with whole food body treatments. Learn to make simple face and body scrubs, masques, and moisturisers by blending luscious ingredients you’ll want to eat.  Be prepared to have food on your face and leave with smooth skin.  All supplies provided, including a goodie bag to take home.
