Any time is a great time to learn how to cook healthy nutritious meals and snacks with fresh fruits and veggies! Start them off young with one of our caregiver & tot preschool programs or give them the tools they need to eat well while away at University or College with one of our Youth Programs. We can teach your kids that veggies are nothing to be afraid of and taste great when freshly prepared in an interesting recipe!
All recipes are healthy vegetarian dishes with many of them being vegan (often just by chance 🙂 ). Our facility is peanut/nut free and we can try to accommodate most food allergies or intolerances. Participants will learn basic cooking and baking skills, how to eat healthy and how to read/prepare a recipe.
