Children's Eco Programs

If your child will be carrying an Epi-pen while at camp or your child needs to take medication during the hours of camp then you must fill out and return the forms listed below (we really REALLY appreciate it 🙂 ):

For Epi-pen carriers:

Administration of Medication Form & Waiver

For children taking medication during camp hours:
