Commemorative Bale Program

Pay tribute to a special person or occasion by purchasing a commemorative bale to be prominently featured in the High Park Children’s Teaching Kitchen. Bales will be included as part of a miniature kitchen model displayed on a kitchen wall. Each bale will be engraved with either a name or message from the donor. The roof and foundation will also be available for commemorative messages.

The Children’s Teaching Kitchen will be built in 2011 and will be a special place for children, youth and community members to gather together and learn about healthy food, nutrition, organic gardening and nature. It will stand as a unique, energy efficient building that serves as an educational venue around healthy eating and healthy environments.
